Amy Condon is an expert in the field of public relations and communication and is currently teaching at Rutgers School of Communication and Information. She has a passion for telling human interest stories that inspire and motivate people. As a communications expert and writer, she has covered topics in the healthcare, fitness and retail space. When she’s not working or being mom to her two amazing daughters, she finds time to progress as a pilates instructor.
Heather Mayer Irvine is a freelance journalist based in Pennsylvania. She is the former nutrition and training editor for Runner’s World and the author of the Runner’s World Vegetarian Cookbook (2018). Her work has appeared in Runner’s World, Bicycling, Popular Mechanics, The Boston Globe, Cooking Light, CNN, Glamour, and The Associated Press. She’s a seven-time marathoner with a personal best of 3:31 but is most proud of her 1:32 half marathon, 19:44 5K, and 5:33 mile. She’s done one sprint triathlon and is terrified of open water.
Kaitlin Krause is the founder, executive director, and head teacher at Rising Tide Effect, a 501c3 that seeks to bring positive change to underserved communities through the aquatic experience. She was the former COO of the largest swimming school in NYC and has over 15 years of teaching experience. Additionally, she was a Division 1 former competitive swimmer and team captain and has more than 30 years of swimming experience.
Leah Jantzen is an elite endurance athlete, life coach, motivational speaker and mother of four children ages 9-18. She finds the time to compete in the Boston Marathon every spring and recently qualified to race at the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii next October. Leah uses her expert mental conditioning skills to perform at the highest level and teaches others to maximize their mindset through her private coaching membership, The Scrappy Athlete.
Alex Larson, MS, RDN, LD is a registered dietitian and age-group triathlete and runner. She works virtually with endurance athletes to improve performance and body composition through a flexible eating style.
